Showa Farm

During the second week of October 2022 we harvested approximately 6 tons of olives over 5 days. Each day the olives were brought to an organic mill and cold pressed into olive oil and left in large vats to settle. This week (November 28) the settled oil was decanted into 375ml bottles and large stainless steel containers for sale by the bottle or bulk olive oil. So, just in time for holiday cooking and festivities our newly harvested extra virgin, organic olive oil is ready for consumption.
